Nonwovens have no warp and weft, the fibers in the cloth are disorderly, and the warp and weft performance is not very different. Typical products: synthetic leather base cloth, needled geotextiles, etc.
Needle-punched nonwovens are widely used in automotive interiors, environmental protection materials, civil materials, clothing and bedding. Also according to customer needs for glue coating, dusting, burning, pressing, coating, flame retardant, waterproof, oil, cutting, composite and other special finishing.
Low weight needle-punched nonwovens are mainly used in automotive interior areas, such as engine room, trunk, coat and hat stand, sunshade, bottom protection device, seat lining, etc. , also used in clothing fabrics, bedding mattresses, sanitary materials, greening and other fields.
1, Weighing and feeding
This process is the first step in needling non-woven fabrics. According to the specified proportion of various fibers, such as black A 3D-40%, black B 6D-40%, white A 3D 20%, weigh and record the material in proportion to ensure the stability of product quality.
If the feeding ratio is not correct, the product style produced will be different from the standard sample, or there will be periodic product color difference, resulting in batch poor.
For products with high requirements of raw material mixing and color difference, materials should be dispersed evenly as far as possible during manual feeding. If possible, cotton mixing equipment should be used twice to ensure that cotton is mixed evenly as far as possible.
2, Loose, cotton mixing, combing, spinning, laying nets
These actions are the decomposition process of several equipment when the fiber becomes non-woven fabric, all completed automatically by the equipment.
The stability of product quality largely depends on the stability of equipment. At the same time, the familiarity, responsibility and experience of the production management personnel to the equipment and products can find anomalies and deal with them in a timely manner to a large extent.
Application: acupuncture equipment, generally small weight 80g, mainly used in car boot, skylight visor, engine room non-woven fabric, car bottom guard, coat and hat stand, seat, main carpet and other parts.
Key points: according to the product style and requirements, adjust the needling conditions, determine the number of needling machines; Regularly confirm the wear degree of needle; Set needle changing frequency; Use special needle board when necessary.
4, Check + rolling
Non-woven fabrics are considered to have been preliminarily processed after needling.
Before rolling, non-woven fabrics will undergo automatic metal detection (as shown on the left, leading needle detector)- needle detection. If the detection of non-woven fabric containing more than 1 mm of metal or needle broken, the equipment will alarm and automatically stop; Effectively prevent metal or broken needle from flowing into the next process.
